Position Overview:

GROWW is a homegrown power-building organization that serves as a vehicle for our peopleā€™s collective action. We are not a service, education, nor an advocacy organization. Our work is a reflection of the needs in our communities. We believe deep relationship building combined with leadership development and strategic action focused on concrete problems in peopleā€™s everyday lives is how we build power to create lasting change.

Organizers, and the bases they build, are at the heart of GROWWā€™s mission. The work of our organizers to build relationships, develop leaders, and launch campaigns is an engine that drives us forward. The organization is committed to continually investing in an organizerā€™s growth and development by offering a supportive structure, a culture of accountability, and spaces where organizers can learn. This is a remote position although attending in-person meetings and events will at times be necessary.

We will give preference to candidates living in our 7 county area of Barron, Buffalo, Dunn, Pepin, Pierce, Polk and St. Croix. Many events are on weekends or evenings.
