Lawsuit seeks to void contracts for lawyers hired by GOP leaders ahead of redistricting

Last time the voting district maps were redrawn $4M of taxpayer dollars was spent on defending gerrymandered maps in courts. New lawsuit aims to reduce the likelihood of that happening again.
