Ridge Breeze Contested Case Hearing

The legal challenge against Ridge Breeze’s proposed expansion to 6,500 cows is coming to a head staring on March 3, 2025. This expansion poses a threat to our water and environment in Pierce County. This date will be the first day of the hearing and will likely be comprised entirely of public testimony. If you want to see this expansion stopped, come show your opposition and consider giving public testimony at the contested case hearing on March 3.

Public testimony should be limited to 3 minutes. Anyone who gives testimony may be open to questioning.
