As we head into the 2026 campaign season and prepare for the 2027 legislative session, building real relationships with legislators and candidates is essential to advancing GROWW’s state legislative agenda. Research meetings are our first step in that process: they are a strategic tool for understanding where power lies, what drives the people who hold it, and where our leverage is.
